Rental Questions & Policies
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
Payment is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Please advise us 48 HOURS before your time slot if you're planning to reschedule your reservation. Payment will be forfeited if you cancel your schedule on or later than 48 HOURS.
What happens if our group arrives late?
BE ON TIME for your reservation. No time adjustments will be made if you're late, so please be ON TIME to maximize your court session.
Can I choose my preferred court?
Preferred court is not certain, as we depend on what sport players will be playing (e.g., Basketball or Pickleball) or which court will be free at your timeslot. If you have a preferred court by any chance, please do come early to secure the court of your choice.
What happens if it rains?
Rain or Shine, it's game on! Our court is now fully roofed! 🙌 Standard booking policies still apply, even during rainy weather.
Do I need to bring my own paddles and balls?
You may bring your own paddles or rent them on-site. Rental per paddle with 2 balls for the whole game is Php 100.00.
Can we bring outside food and drinks?
Outside food is subject to a corkage fee: ₱1,000 (10 pax below), ₱1,500 (15 pax below), ₱2,000 (20 pax below), ₱2,500 (25 pax below) (* subject to adjustment based on food quantity). You can also enjoy food and drinks at our 4th-floor View Deck Cafe (open 6:00 AM – 12:00 MN, kitchen closes at 11:00 PM, Pay As You Order) serving all-day breakfast, pica-pica, coffee, Pocari, Gatorade, and mineral water.
Are pets allowed and what are the venue house rules?
Yes! Pets are allowed (for responsible furparents). We also kindly request all guests to practice CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) to maintain our facilities.
What are the private venue rental rates for View Deck and Events Place?
C&J offers two private event spaces: (1) 5th-Floor View Deck Private Lounge: ₱4,000 for 2 hours (100% consumable on cafe food and drinks, +₱2,500/hr extension), 150 sqm with 25 pax capacity, full A/C, basic sound system, elevator access overlooking Metro Manila city lights, and 15 indoor parking slots.
